Merging Ecological Conservation and Community Integration

We organized a customized eco-tour activity with New Life Farm last Saturday.

Hetermedians had a great time to relax away from the hustle and bustle of city life, while the concept of healthy living, environmental protection and mental health was also promoted.

We all enjoyed the fun-packed interactive program, especially the moments of organic farming, handicraft and cookery workshops. The organic herbal tea and self-made desserts just marked our day pleasingly memorable.

 
In addition, HM has also made donation to support “New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association” for its initiatives of enhancing public understanding and acceptance of people in recovery of mental illness through various activities and their interaction with the public. The Association also actively provides training and employment opportunities for people in recovery of mental illness.
