Still learning theories in classroom mode? No way. What’s more effective, we just ran a contest that was designed with several fun and interactive games, in which every participant can demonstrate and sharpen their communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience talks itself. When teams are given a clear goal (prize winner can get up to HK$900) and situational tasks, they would be driven to perform with their best efforts.

Thanks also to our facilitators who helped in observing each team’s performance and provided coaching guidance throughout the activity, which enabled participants to take note what they may not be aware of when they were playing the game, but how they can do better and, more importantly, apply such skills in their personal growth and work life in the future. 360° feedback is valuable.
